The Bollag building was a former artist’s studio that was converted. The main points were the repair of the facade and the conversion of the interior spaces. The facade was given a new muntin division similar to a matchstick game, reinterpreting the large, industrial-style window fronts. The interiors are characterized by large, picture-like areas of color that add color to the lofts offices and maintain the interior character of the building.
